The "Iron Bridge" at Coalbrookdale in Shropshire, England. This is the oldest iron bridge in the world, built in 1779. This bridge would make an excellent miniature.
The Bosebrucke in Berlin. Notice how this graceful arch flows into the cantilever end spans. This would make the ultimate garden bridge miniature over a depression, pond or creek.
The "Messiah" garden bridge features a level entry which gently flows into a graceful arch. This footbridge can be built with rectangular tubing truss handrails as shown above or with wrought iron railings of forged decorative spindles as shown below.
